Sawdust Briquettes

Description

🌳 Sawdust Briquettes – Clean Energy from Wood Waste

Sawdust briquettes are an environmentally friendly fuel made from compressed wood dust or sawmill waste. This biomass byproduct, once considered waste, is now transformed into a powerful renewable energy source used in various industrial and domestic heating applications.

These briquettes are manufactured without any chemical additives or binders. Under high pressure, loose sawdust is compressed into dense, uniform blocks that are easy to store, transport, and use. Sawdust briquettes offer a high calorific value (typically around 4000–4500 kcal/kg), making them an excellent substitute for coal, firewood, and even charcoal.

One of the major advantages of sawdust briquettes is their clean combustion. They burn with very low smoke, ash, and harmful emissions, making them suitable for use in boilers, industrial furnaces, ovens, and home heating systems. Additionally, the briquettes are moisture-controlled (usually below 10%), ensuring efficient and consistent burning.
