Mustard Briquettes

Description

🌾 Mustard Husk Briquettes – A Renewable Fuel from Mustard Crop Waste

Mustard husk briquettes are eco-friendly biomass fuel blocks made from the agricultural waste of mustard crops — primarily the outer husks or shells left after mustard seed processing. Instead of being discarded or burned in open fields, this biomass waste is now converted into a clean and efficient energy source.

These briquettes are created through a high-pressure compression process without the use of chemical binders, ensuring a completely natural and renewable fuel. Mustard husk briquettes offer a high calorific value (typically around 34000–3500 kcal/kg), making them an effective substitute for coal, wood, and other fossil fuels in various thermal energy applications.

Due to their low moisture and ash content, mustard briquettes burn cleanly and consistently with minimal emissions. They are ideally suited for use in industrial boilers, kilns, furnaces, hot air generators, and even in some household heating systems. Their uniform size and density allow for smooth feeding in automated systems and help maintain constant combustion.
