Mustered Pellets

Description

🌿 Soybean Pellets – Sustainable Biomass Fuel from Agro Waste

Soybean pellets are a clean, renewable biomass fuel made from the processed residue of soybean crops, particularly the husk and meal left after oil extraction. These compact, high-density pellets offer a powerful, eco-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels and are becoming increasingly popular across industrial and commercial energy sectors.

Manufactured without chemical additives, soybean pellets are formed by compressing the soybean byproducts under high pressure. They are rich in calorific value (typically around 4000–4500 kcal/kg), making them an excellent fuel for boilers, hot air generators, furnaces, and heating systems in industries such as food processing, textile, ceramics, and brick manufacturing.

One of the biggest advantages of soybean pellets is their low ash content, minimal moisture, and smokeless combustion, resulting in cleaner energy output and reduced air pollution. Their uniform size and consistent quality allow for easy handling, storage, and smooth feeding in automated combustion systems.
